Anita Beblek, a lawyer, is agrathaer's managing director. She has many years of experience as a strategy consultant, as well as in project, contract and innovation management. Before that, she had prepared the privatisation agreement and articles of association for Bitterfeld-Wolfen Chemical Park GmbH. was responsible for the successful authorization of these plans with the EU-Commission and oversaw the awarding and controlling processes of the ERDF and ESF-funding fot the Bitterfeld and Leuna regions.
Finance and Human Resources
Sven Möller has a diploma in business administration (Dipl.-Kfm. FH) and has worked at agrathaer since October 2014, managing the Human Resources and Accounting departments. Additionally, he is involved in the "ginkoo" project that aims to develop an innovation management model. He was already working in the area of knowledge transfer and museum education during his employment at the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation, Berlin-Brandenburg for the Sanssouci Park in Potsdam, which forms part of the UNESCO world cultural heritage.
Regine Berges studied geoecology with a focus on environmental planning and resource protection. She has been contributing her expertise to the areas of urban agriculture, sustainability assessment, ecosystem services, and the impacts of land-use changes in a rural/urban land use context to agrathaer since February 2015. Regine Berges is responsible for the project sponsorship for the "Aktion Nachhaltige Entwicklung - Lokale Agenda 21" and "Aktion Gesunde Umwelt" small-scale funding programs, as well as the FuFoCo R&D project, aimed at assessing sharing economy models in food supply.
Lara Lahaye studied landscape design and landscape architecture (B.Sc.) and has a master's degree in environmental planning from the Technische Universität Berlin. With her expertise in sustainable land use and its role in climatic change, she has been supporting agrathaer since December 2015 in the "Tools and methods for the communication of soil issues" R&D project.
Isabell Szallies studied land use and nature conservation (B.Sc.) and earned a master's degree in landscape ecology and nature conservation (M.Sc.) from the University of Greifswald. As a former holder of a scholarship from the Heinrich-Boell-Foundation, she is experienced in the implementation of training courses on ecological issues. Isabell Szallies has been working with agrathaer since January 2016, focusing on project communication and event management.

Dr. rer. nat. Martin Hecker studied agricultural engineering and completed his Ph.D. thesis: Morphometry and dynamics of contaminated soil surfaces in 2002 very well. His scientific work includes modeling and digitizing environmental data and applications. With his expertise in dialogue with practitioners and the planning, implementation and evaluation of multi-year field trials, he has been supporting the agrathaer team since September 2018 primarily in the EIP project Q2GRAS.
Monika Meiser studied forestry sciences at the Technical University of Dresden and is a trained organizational consultant. She has been responsible for agrathaer’s press and public relations work and event management since November 2016. Monika Meiser can look back on many years of experience in public relations and in producing communication media (print, Internet and exhibitions). For example, she supervised the communications management for the “Innovation Network of Climate Change Adaptation Brandenburg Berlin” (INKA BB) and lectured on “Public Relations in Non-Profit Organizations” at the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development.

Katharina Diehl is Dr. in agricultural sciences and holds a university diploma in landscape ecology. She works on a freelance basis and serves as a authorized signatory for agrathaer. Her main activities lie in the areas of EU-level project acquisition and project management. Her work focuses on EU-level impact assessment, as well as on research and knowledge transfer. Besides this, she advises mainly public institutions before they establish new funding programs. Katharina Diehl was significantly involved in the spin-off process that led to agrathaer.
