At our seminar together with IFN Schönow e.V., find out about the possibility of slaughtering animals on your own farm using a poultry slaughter mobile.
The IFN will present an overall concept for the mobile rearing of dual-purpose chickens up to poultry slaughter in a mobile system suitable for slaughter within the framework of registered slaughter on the farm of origin. The general conditions for mobile poultry slaughter and animal welfare aspects will be discussed. A slaughter mobile will be demonstrated on the premises and ways of packaging and marketing will be shown. The event will be rounded off with practical experience and an exchange of ideas.
